The rules of the road for using PrepTime.ai.

These terms govern your use of PrepTime.ai, operated by FG Studios (ABN 76 604 300 472), located in Victoria, Australia 3196. By using PrepTime, you agree to these terms.
PrepTime is a lesson planning tool for teachers and educators. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
You own the lesson plans, worksheets, and other content you create using PrepTime. We don't claim ownership of your work. We store your content to provide the service and allow you to access it across sessions.
By using the sharing features, you grant other users you share with a licence to view and use the shared content for educational purposes.
You agree not to:
PrepTime offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Prices are listed on our pricing page and are in Australian dollars (AUD).
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly subscriptions end at the close of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid year.
Monthly subscriptions are not refundable. For annual subscriptions, if you cancel within the first 30 days, we'll provide a pro-rata refund. After 30 days, no refunds are issued but your access continues until the end of the paid period.
PrepTime uses artificial intelligence to generate lesson plans and resources. While we strive for accuracy and curriculum alignment, AI-generated content should be reviewed by a qualified educator before use in the classroom. We do not guarantee that all content will be error-free or perfectly aligned to every curriculum requirement.
We aim to keep PrepTime available at all times, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to perform maintenance, updates, or deal with unexpected outages. We'll try to give advance notice of planned downtime.
PrepTime is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, FG Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of PrepTime after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
